Scentsy- Trends for the Fall

Can I just tell you, at the rate this week is going, it might end better than Christmas!! Today, I came home to a Scentsy order, which is like Christmas in itself. I love opening those boxes even though its all going to someone else.Let me back track. Yesterday, I straightened out school which was good and bad. Bad because I can't afford to finish my bachelor's degree right now :( Good because after talking with an counselor and sending some emails, there's a good possibility that I stumbled upon an associates degree somewhere along my long list of classes. Waiting on email responses to override some higher level classes for lower levels and then I'm officially a degree holder!!! After that several hours of waiting in line then finally seeing a counselor I proceeded onto a leasing agency. I checked out a small apartment and filled out the paperwork. I received the call today that I am approved!!! Now I just need to sign a lease and I can move in next weekend. You have no idea how thrilled I am to finally have things turning around after months of thinking my guardian angel had been laid off.

OK. I'm stepping off my high horse now. I had to ride the wave for a glorious minute ;)

Computer problems = short posts

It's been a good week since I've posted!! Sorry, my computer is being ugly and it's a pain to write on my phone. I just had a huge 'life happenings' update and when I answered a text it completely deleted it :(

So rather than fight my phone, I'll just keep it short. Until I can get the computer to play nice, watch my Facebook for my personal Scentsy sales and updates or my Scentsy site for shopping and corporate sales.

I am still job and apartment hunting. Any pointers? If you're in Greenville, NC and know of any place hiring or asking cheap rent, help a girl out!

School starts back next week! Yes, I'm the nerd who's excited about school, lol. Finally getting around to finishing my bachelors, then I think I'll be done for awhile.

Well Hello There!

Hi! I'm new to the blogging world so I thought I would let you in on some top secret info! Ok, it's no secret, I have no idea what I'm doing here, but it's worth a try. Being an adult is not all it's cracked up to be, so I thought I'd blog about things I'm learning and share what mistakes I'm learning from.

Thought you'd like to see my welcome mat!

I'm a self certified foodie, so expect recipes. I'm learning to sew. Any pointers? I've already learned how to stick my fingers :) And some diy and other craft projects. I work with special needs kids so occasionally I'll throw in some projects we've put together. But my biggest use of this blog will be for Scentsy. I'm an independent consultant and am in love with my product!! I will never burn another candle, but you will find them decorating my house. So, often times, you'll see me posting new products and monthly sales and deals.

On a more personal level, I'm 25 and single. Yup, unlike most bloggers I come across, there's no hubbie or boyfriend and no kids. At least not right now, I'll be sure and let you know if that changes! I'm a special education major at good old ECU! Go Pirates Argghh!!
